Courier Delivery
Small orders are delivered via FAN Courier, DragonCurier, and UrgentCargus.
You can choose your delivery location: at the office, at home, or any other specified address.
📦 Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the packaging. Any issues regarding damage or content should be reported on the AWB at delivery or via a written report. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
Orders are delivered nationwide using the delivery method and timeframe selected when placing the order.
For orders exceeding a certain weight, deliveries will be made by carriers using vans or trucks.
Product Delivery Times

🕒 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

⏱️ Delivery can occur between a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 30 days, from the moment all order details (payment method, delivery time, stock availability, prices) are confirmed by both our operator and the customer.
If our operators receive incorrect billing or delivery details, a new fulfillment date will be set.
If your order includes products from different warehouses, they may arrive separately in multiple shipments.
For cash-on-delivery orders, payment will be collected for each separate package received.

Packaging and Transport Safety
